H型钢轧制过程中的微观组织研究

摘要 利用DEFORM-3D软件中Microstructure模块对H型钢腹板、翼缘以及他们连接处的3个点进行了微观组织模拟,并通过实验进行了验证。结果表明,腹板处位错密度大,晶粒最细小。在同一点处,变形中要比道次间的位错密度大,晶粒小。晶粒大小的模拟结果与实验结果一致。 The microstructure of the web, flange and their joint in H-shaped steel was simulated by the microstructure module of DEFORM-3D software, and the simulation results was verified by the experiment. The results show that the dislocation density is large and the grain size is smallest in web. At the same region, the dislocation density is large and the grain is fine during the deformation process compared with interpass. And the simulation result on the grain size is agreed with experimental one.
