摘要 目的:探讨紫薇提取物去除面部皮肤皱纹的临床疗效。方法:招募20名面部有明显皱纹、肌肤松弛的健康受试者。两侧眼外眦和鼻唇沟按照随机原则分为产品侧和对照侧,分别使用产品或对照品。于使用前、使用后28天和56天对受试部位皮肤进行皮肤弹性测量,同时对受试者眼外眦部位的皱纹进行临床评分。结果:使用56天后,受试者眼外眦、鼻唇沟部位产品侧受试者皮肤弹性度较对照侧出现明显改善(P<0.05)。使用28和56天,受试者产品侧鱼尾纹评分与对照侧评分相比明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:紫薇提取物对面部皱纹具有一定的去皱作用,安全性好。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lagerstroemia indica extract getting rid of wrinkles.Methods The 20 subjects were recruited.The subjects coated with Lagerstroemia indica extract.One side of face was applied with the cosmetic according to randomization,the other side with the placebo,twice a day morning and evening,for the period of 56 days.Before and after testing,the subjects were measured the skin elasticity.The doctor clinical score were conducted at the same time.Results At day 56 after use,the skin elasticity of product side were significantly improved than that of the control side at eye canthus outside and nasolabial sulcus (P<0.05).At day 28 and 56 after use,the crow's feet scores of product side were significantly decreased compared with that of the control side (P<0.05).Conclusion The cosmetic including Lagerstroemia indica extract can effectively reduce facial wrinkles,improve skin appearance,and have a good safety.
