概述和分析了了紫薇的形态特征,紫薇的系统分类,古代品种与现代品种观赏特性的比较,品种设计应用,群体组合效果与单独的造景效果。在种植设计中,充分利用紫薇的观赏特性,与其他植物进行色彩组合与协调;通过植物花、叶、果实、枝条和干皮等显示的色彩及季相为依据来布置和创造景观。
The paper summarizes the morphological characters and the phylogenetic systematics of crape myrtle and compares its ornamental qualities between ancient and modern species. It also analyzes its design and application and the landscaping effect of individual and group planting. In the design of planting, the ornamental qualities of crape myrtle can be fully utilized to combine and coordinate with the colors of other plants. It can be arranged according to the changing colors of its flower, leaf, fruit, branch and trunk through the seasons to create a seasonal sight.
