摘要
心力衰竭是各种心血管系统疾病的终末阶段,其发病率和死亡率正逐年增加,治疗心力衰竭的药物研究越来越受到重视。20世纪90年代人们逐渐发现人体内可以产生内源性的硫化氢(H2S),H2S是第3种气体信号分子,在心血管系统疾病的进展中起到重要作用。
Heart failure(heart failure,HF)is the end stage of various cardiovascular diseases,its incidence and mortality are increasing year by year,the drug research of the treatment of heart failure have taken more attention.1990s,people gradually found that in the human body can produce endogenous H2S,along with studies of the H2S,gradually realized that H2S is a new third gaseous signal molecule,its play important role in the cardiovascular system disease progression.
