摘要
出于保护未成年人的目的,新加坡在中小学普遍开设了网络素养教育课程。其核心内容是培养学生网络使用中的自我保护能力和责任感。该课程的师资、教材、经费等问题,不在公办教育体制内独自解决,而是采取一种社会各方参与的多元化合作方式。借助公益组织和私立教育机构之力,网络素养教育课程在新加坡中小学里迅速普及起来。
To protect minors, Singapore has widely initiated a new educational program about cyber wellness education in primary and secondary school. Its core content is to help students to develop abilities of self-protection and sense of responsibility. As for the matters of teachers, textbooks and funds, Singapore has adopted a diversified way of cooperation between various social sectors as solution to the problems rather than seeking solution within public educational system only. With the help of non-governmental organizations and private educational companies, the program of cyber wellness education has been popularized in primary and secondary schools rapidly in Singapore.
