微波消解——火焰原子吸收法测定金枪鱼中的钠 被引量:2

摘要 利用微波消解处理金枪鱼,选用次灵敏线330.3nm作为测定波长检测钠的含量,并通过正交试验确定最佳消解条件.试验结果表明,微波消解周期短,试剂消耗量少,加标回收率为100.8%~103.7%.589.0nm测定线性范围为0.05~2.0mg/L,选用次灵敏线330.3nm作为钠的测定波长,线性范围增大为10~200mg/L,r=99.94%线性良好,可以减少高钠样品稀释次数,简化操作、避免实验误差. Tunny was treated with microwave digestion under sensitive line of 330.3 nm, and the optimal condition was determined by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that microwave digestion cycle was short, reagent consumption was low, and the recovery rate was 100.8-103.7%. The linear range of sodium detection increased to 10-200 mg/L at 330.3 nm and the linearity was 99.94%. High sodium samples can treat with less dilution and simple operation to avoid experimental error.
