摘要
研究了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测奶粉中Ca、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu、Ni、Ti、Al、Ba、Pb、As、Cd、Cr、Sn、Sb、Se、Tl等17种元素和15种稀土元素的干扰情况。通过碰撞反应和动能歧视,优化了仪器检测条件,最大程度的减少了多原子干扰和基体效应,采用多内标校正,有效抑制了分析信号的动态飘移。同时探讨了基质中共存元素P对Ti测定的影响。所有元素的加标回收率在87.8%—105.3%之间,相对标准偏差不大于6.3%。方法简便快捷,精密度好,准确性高,可完全满足奶粉中高含量元素和痕量元素同时检测的需要。
An accurate method for determination of Ca,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Ni,Ti,Al,Ba,Pb,As, Cd, Cr, Sn, Sb, Se and TI in milk powder hy inductive couple plasma-mass spectroscopy was developed and the disturbances of fifteen rare earth elements were evaluated. Conditions were optimized, collision/reaction cell technology (CCT) and kinetic energy discrimination (KED) were used to minimize matrix effects and eliminate mass spectroscopy interference, and more internal standard elements calibration were used to compensate the change of signal. The interference of P for Ti determination was discussed. The recoveries were in the range of 87.8%--105.3% ,and the RSDs were less than 6. 3% . This method is simple and accurate and can be used for simultaneity determination of high content element and trace element in milk powder.
