摘要
任何经济区的稳定快速发展都必须要有法制的保障,因此,对于不同的行政主体来说,法制协调就是一个不可缺少的前提条件。江苏省沿江地区在立法、执法、司法方面还存在较多的问题,构成该地区联动开发的障碍。建立沿江地区法制协调机制,应设立权威性的立法协调机构、推行行政机关间的行政合同和由省高级人民法院和各地中级人民法院共同制定跨行政区域案件的法律选择规范来实现法制协调。
Steady and rapid development of any economic zones must have legal protection; therefore,the coordination of law is an essential for all kinds of different administrative bodies. There are still many problems in legislation,law enforcement and judicial areas existing along the Yangtze River of Jiangsu Province, w hich is an obstacle w ith no doubt to the integrated development of this region. In order to establish legal coordination mechanism along the Yangtze River Delta,a coordinating legislative authority should be set up,the implement of the administrative contracts among executive bodies becomes necessary,and launching integrated regulations and law s jointly-developed by related provincial Higher People＇s Court and the Intermediate People＇s Court across administrative regions is a must.
