miR-126在冠心病中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,有关miRNA的研究已经成为生命科学领域中的研究热点并取得重要进展。miRNAs是一类广泛存在于动植物体内的非编码单链小分子RNA,由约21--26个碱基组成,具有高度的稳定性和进化保守性。miRNAs通过与特异性靶信使(mRNA)结合后在转录后水平抑制基因表达,在一定程度上调控细胞周期、生物体发育时序等,广泛参与动植物细胞分化、生长发育、增殖与凋亡、激素分泌、肿瘤形成等各种过程,具有极其重要的病理和生理意义。
