摘要
目的:了解新毕业护士自我职业规划现状,为进一步规范护士在职培训提供参考。方法:采取整群抽样法,对171名新进护士进行问卷调查,描述接受职业规划相关培训的现状及具体实施情况;对自我职业规划知晓程度与护理职业信心与满意度进行相关性分析。结果:职业规划程度平均得分99.45±11.40;研究对象中64.9%曾接受过相关培训,41%知晓职业规划具体内容,目前已经进行或正在进行自我职业规划者48%;出于了解和热爱护理专业而自主选择护理者仅占25.7%;认为即将要从事的职业能充分实现自我价值者占23.4%。护理职业认知、职业规划知晓与行动两维度与职业信心与满意度维度存在相关性,行逐步回归分析,回归系数分别为0.285和0.359,P<0.05,结果有显著性意义。结论:新毕业护士接受职业规划相关培训率及自我职业规划知晓与实施情况处于中低水平;护士选择护理职业存在盲目性,在一定程度上影响了护士对职业的满意度与信心;新毕业护士在教学、科研、管理能力方面培训待进一步加强。
Objective: To investigate the self career planning situation of newly graduated nurses, provide reference for further nurses on-the-job training. Methods: By cluster sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 171 new nurses, describe the status quo of accepted career planning related training and implementation; to self career planning awareness and nursing occupation satisfaction and confidence by correlation analysis. Results : The degree of career planning scored an average of 99. 45 ± 11.40; the object of study in 64. 9% had received training, 41% known career planning specific content, there have been or are being for self career planners 48% ; for understanding and love of the nursing profession and choose nursing accounted for only 25.7% ; that will be engaged in the occupation to the full realization of the self value accounted for 23.4%. Nursing occupation cognition, career planning known correlation with dimension action two dimensions and occupation satisfaction and confidence, for the stepwise regression analysis, the regression coefficients were 0. 285 and 0. 359, P 〈 0. 05, there are significant results. Conclusion: Newly graduated nurses accept low occupation planning related training rate and self career planning and implementation in the low level; the nurse nursing occupation choice blindness, to a certain extent affected the nurses' satisfaction and confidence in the occupation; newly graduated nurses in teaching, scientific research, management skills training to further strengthen.
