摘要
组织绩效是管理学领域中最重要的构念之一。本文通过对组织绩效测量文献的系统梳理,探讨了组织绩效测量的内涵及演化,并重点对国外有关组织绩效测量模型的发展进行分析,期望从这些模型中找出绩效测量的本质及规律。
Organizational performance is one of the most important constructs in management research. Through a systematic study of literature, this article discusses the meanings and evolution of organizational performance measurement and mainly analyzes the development of organizational performance measurement models in abroad, expecting to find out the nature and rule about organizational performance measurement from these models.
