摘要
现有氮磷原位监测仪因存在在线过滤水样困难等瓶颈问题,在高生产力水体中无使用成功案例。本项目拟设计自动传送机械装置,以MSP430单片机为核心的控制系统,实现滤膜的可自动更新,研制在线过滤器,通过串联多个过滤器分散负载,实现高生产力水体中水样的在线自动过滤。详细介绍了该全自动过滤装置的各个结构及功能,并自制了一种电容传感器,运用谐振法来实现对滤膜状态的检测,使测量线路简单方便。该系统实现了无人值守实时原位水体的全自动过滤,解决了环境水体原位监测仪的关键技术问题。
The reported nutrient analyzers have not been successfully applied in the high productivity waters because of their defects, such as failure of on-line sample filtration, and so on. In this project, based on MSP430 micro-controller as the core of control system, on-line filter will be developed, and its membrane will be renovated automatically. The particle load of the membrane will be decentralized by connecting several filters in series; therefore the analyzers can be applied in waters of different quality. This paper introduces the structure and function of the automatic filter device, and makes a capacitive sensor to realize the detection of the membrane state using resonance method. The method makes the measurement circuit was simple and convenient. This water automatic filtering system realized the automatic filtering of unmanned real-time in situ water. And the key problems of environmental water in situ monitor were solved by this system.
