摘要
目的:观察心衰合剂对冠心病心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用随机对照方法,纳入痰饮阻肺证、气虚血瘀证的冠心病心力衰竭患者29例,随机分为2组,治疗组14例给予西医常规治疗联合心衰合剂,对照组15例给予西医常规治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后BNP、LVEF、LVED值的变化以及慢性心衰中西医结合生存质量量表计分的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后BNP较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量计分在生理机能、活力、社会功能及心理健康领域均较对照组具有优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心衰合剂能够改善冠心病心力衰竭患者BNP水平,有效提高患者的生活质量。
Objective： To observe the impacts of heart failure Mixture on quality of life in patients with heart failure induced by coronary heart disease. Methods ： 29 cases with the diagnosis as heart failure induced by coronary heart disease were randomized into two groups, 15 cases in the control group and 14 cases in the treatment group. In the control group, the conventional western medicine was provided. In a treatment group, on the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment, Xinshuai mixture was prescribed. Before and after treatment, the score of the Chronic Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine,brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） level, the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD） were observed. Results： After the treatment,the score of the fields about physiological function, activity, social function, mental health was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group, presenting the significant difference in comparison （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the downregulation of BNP were obvious as compared with the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： heart failure mixture effectively reduces BNP level,improves the quality of patients life.
