摘要
技能大赛是职业教育的风向标,将少数人参加的大赛转化为大多数人享受的成果,是大赛结束后教学管理工作者研究的方向之一。文章通过对"中餐主题宴会设计"赛项的理解和认识,从大赛赛项直接深化、间接转化以及间接深化三方面论及教学改革,同时指出在深化教学改革过程中需要注意的几点事项。
Skill competition is a wind vane of vocational education, and it is one of the research orientations for teaching managers or workers to turn the competition participated by elites into the results enjoyed by ordinary people. After understanding and mastering the events of this competition, the author of this paper discusses this teaching innovation from three aspects： direct deepening, indirect trans- formation and indirect deepening, and meanwhile, points out some requirements in the process of deppening the teaching innovation.
