摘要
介绍了采用工期—效益优化模型对海南东环铁路工期进行合理优化的方法,并基于工期—效益模型的建立和相关分析,结合案例进行实证分析,指出施工企业在采用常规措施的基础上,可根据具体的情况,采用工期—效益优化模型,从而实现资源优化配置与动态管理,促进高铁建设项目工期达到合理优化。
This paper introduces the time-benefit optimization model for the optimization of Hainan east ring railway construction period,construc-tion period-establishes the benefit model and based on the correlative analysis,and empirical analysis,and points out that construction enterprise based on the conventional measures,according to the specific situation,the time limit for a project-optimization model,so as to realize the re-sources optimizing the allocation and dynamic management,promote high-speed rail construction project to optimize.
