摘要
介绍了贵州美瑞特环保科技有限公司从日本引进的先进、成熟的含汞废水处理技术。结合国内同类型工程及施工经验,针对氯碱行业电石法PVC生产过程中VCM工序产生的含汞废水,选用"多硫化物复合反应/Deifloc絮凝剂混凝/沉淀"的组合工艺,使最终出水中汞质量分数低于国家标准(5×10-9),并且处理后生成的硫化汞沉淀物可在低温加热下进行汞的回收。
Guizhou Merit Environmental Technology Co. , Ltd. applied an advanced and mature technology which was imported from Japan to harmless treat mercury-contaning wastewater. In view of the mercury-contaning wastewater from VCM procedure in chlor -alkali industry' s PVC production by calcium carbide method, and in combination with the domestic similar engineering and construction experience, polysulfide complex reactions/Deifloc flocculant coagulation/precipitation process was adopted. The mercury content in effluent was lower than the national standard of 5 ppb. Metallic mercury could be recovered by heating the resulted mercuric sulfide precipitates at low temperature.
