摘要
采用化学稳定法对某化工厂汞污染土壤进行试验研究,确定了较优稳定化修复工艺条件,并研究了亚铁盐的加入对土壤中汞的稳定化效率的影响。结果表明,汞污染土壤化学稳定化修复过程的较优工艺条件为:多硫化钙溶液添加质量比1%,控制土壤pH为7左右,养护时间5d,在此条件下,土壤中汞的稳定化效率为97.27%。亚铁盐的加入可以提高稳定化效率,亚铁盐较优加入量为1%,加入亚铁盐处理后,土样汞的稳定化效率由97.27%提高到99.37%,土样汞的浸出浓度为0.95μg/L,满足《地下水质量标准》(GB/T14848-2017)的Ⅳ类水质要求。
Experimental reserach on remediation of mercury contaminated soil at a chemical plant site was done by chemical stabilization.The optimal stabilization process conditions were determined.And the effect of the addition of ferrous salts on the stabilization efficiency of mercury in soil was studied.The results showed that the optimal technological conditions for chemical stabilization remediation of mercury-contaminated soil were that the added mass ratio of calcium polysulfide solution was 1%,the pH value of the soil was controlled at about 7,and the maintenance time was 5 d.Under these conditions,the stabilization efficiency of mercury in soil was 97.27%.The addition of ferrous salts can improve stabilization efficiency,the optimal amount of ferrous salts is 1%,and the stabilization efficiency of mercury in soil increased from 97.27% to 99.37% after adding ferrous salts,the leaching concentration of mercury from soil samples was 0.95 μg/L,and meet the groundwater quality standard(GB/T14848-2017)of Ⅳ class water quality requirements.
