摘要 目的:观察转录因子( NF)-κB在弥漫性大B细胞性淋巴瘤( DLBCL)组织中的表达,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测82例DLBCL组织中的NF-κB,记录患者的临床资料和生存情况。结果 NF-κB阳性41例,生发中心B细胞样(GCB)型中NF-κB阳性率为23.53%,non-GCB型中为56.92%,P<0.05。不同性别、年龄、部位、LDH水平、Ann Arbor分期、有无B症状的DLBCL患者NF-κB阳性率比较,P均>0.05。随访76例,GCB型患者存活期为4~64个月,non-GCB型为0.5~41个月,P<0.05。结论 non-GCB型DLBCL患者NF-κB阳性率在明显高于GCB型;NF-κB检测有助于判断DLBCL的临床亚型和预后。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of the transcription factors NF -kappa B (NF-κB) in large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL).Methods The NF-κB expression in 82 DLBCL patients was detected by immunohistochemistry , and the clinical data and survival were recorded .Results The positive expression rates of NF-κB protein were 23.53%(41/82) in GCB-DLBCL and 56.92%in non-GCB (P〈0.05).The NF-κB positive expression rate of DLBCL patients had no correlation with gender , age, position, LDH, Ann Arbor stages, B symptom and non-B symptom (all P〉0.05).Seventy-six cases of patients were followed up .The median survival time of GCB and non-GCB was 4-64 months and 0.5-41 months, respectively (P〈0.05).Conclusion The NF-κB positive expression rate in non-GCB DL-BCL patients is higher than that of GCB DLBCL patients , and the detection of NF-κB expression helps to determine the subtypes and prognosis of DLBCL .
