摘要
目的:分析与探讨压痛点强刺激疗法配合中药治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法:选取85名2012年5月-2013年4月在我院接受治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者,并将其分为对照组(42名)与治疗组(43名),对治疗组患者进行压痛点强刺激疗法配合中药治疗,对对照组患者进行常规推拿治疗。3周为一个疗程。并对两组患者治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:治疗组患者颈椎病治疗效果优于对照组,两组差异对比,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:压痛点强刺激疗法配合中药能够有效治疗神经根型颈椎病,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective：To investigate effects of TCM treatment on nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods：85 patients with cervical radiculopathy were divided into control group （42） and treatment group （43）, in the treatment group patients received tenderness strong stimulation therapy of TCM, patients in the control group received routine massage therapy. Results：Effects in the treatment group were better than that in the control group, P〈0.05, there was statistically significant difference. Conclusion：Tenderness strong stimulation therapy with TCM medicine is effective in treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
