摘要
考察固相微萃取(SPME)以及气相色谱(GC)实验条件对食用油中己醛的检测分析的影响,实现己醛的高效萃取和分离,建立了SPME-GC-FID检测食用油中己醛的方法;对不同类实际样品的进行加标回收实验,结果表明己醛含量的回收率变化范围为85.2-110.6%,精密度为4.0-8.2%。
The effect factors of SPME and GC condition have been studied to establish an effective extraction and separation of hexaldehyde in edible oil. Using the proposed approach, hexaldehyde has been detected with a recovery range of 85.2 to 110.6%, and the precision from 4.0 to 8.2%for different samples can be found.
