摘要 利用自动化类专业实验室常见实验设备水箱模拟太阳能热水器,结合太阳能热水器具体应用设计了基于单片机的实验系统。该系统利用DS18B20数字温度传感器进行温度测量,通过过零固态继电器控制加热棒以模拟太阳能热水器的辅助加热功能,实现模糊和分程PID控制实验项目,并具有自动检测水位和自动上水、液晶实时显示温度和加热时间、自动报警等功能,能够在设定的时间内智能调整输出功率,使水温在设定时间内达到设定值。 Combining the application of solar water-heaters, this article mainly designs an experimental system based on water box simulation in the speciali laborary of automation specialty. The system takes the MCU as the controller, and DS18B20 digital temperature sensor for temperature measurement, and the zero-trigger solid-state relay to simulate the function of auxiliary heating, to implement the fuzzy control and Bang-Bang control with PID experimental project. Besides, some special functions have also been designed. The controller can auto-detect the water level and add water if it's below the set point; the LCD will automatically display the real time temperature and heating time; and when it reaches the set point, the alarm will ring to remind the users. Meanwhile, the controller can intelligently adjust the output power during the heating process, so that the temperature will reach the set point in the set time.
