摘要
井下装载硐室的工作环境恶劣,对定重装置的要求很高,同时要求箕斗提升装置工作安全可靠。采用PLC、触摸屏、模拟量模块及变频器等主要元件,设计了新的定重带式输送机箕斗装载提升控制系统,能够满足要求。
The working conditions of the underground loading chamber is bad.It has high requirements for a given weight of the device,while requiring skip hoisting device safe and reliable working conditions.By using the major components,such as a principal component PLC,touch screen,analog modules,inverters and son on,the new lifting control system of the fixed weight belt conveyor skip loading is designed,which can meet the requirements.
