摘要
为提高矿井矿物计量装载作业的生产效率,加强整个生产线各个环节的监控能力,提出了一种基于组态王和PLC的矿物计量装载监控系统的方案。根据矿山立井作业实际需求,以组态王为上位机监控软件,可编程控制器PLC为控制枢纽,西门子工业DP通讯电缆为信息传输媒介,完成了井下井上一体化监控系统的开发。在现场实际应用中,通过井上监控终端主界面,可准确实现井下机器运行状态的监测、启停控制、满载吨数的设置、历史产量的查询等功能,能有效提高矿井作业自动化管理的水平和效率,降低开采成本。
In order to improve the production efficiency of min- eral metering loading operation in the mine and strengthen the monitoring capability of all production lines, a scheme of mineral metering loading monitor system based on King view and PLC is proposed. According to the actual needs of operation of vertical shaft in the mine, using Kingview as upper machine monitoring software,programmable controller PLC as control hub and Sie- mens industrial DP communication cable as information transmis- sion medium, an integrated monitoring system development forboth ground and underground in the mine is completed. In the ac- tual field application, through the main interface of monitoring terminal above the mine, accurate monitoring of running state, start-up and shut-down control, setting of full load tonnage, his- torical production inquiries and other functions of the under- ground machines can be made, thus effectively improving the level and effieiency of the mine operation automation management and reducing the mining costs.
