摘要
液压支架是煤矿开采中经常应用的支护设备,压力在液压系统中的瞬变使得冲击以及噪声等现象经常出现。利用功率键合图建立了系统的数学模型,并利用MATLAB进行了仿真,通过仿真得出了影响动态特性的因素是多样的,并提出了有效解决这一问题的方法,即采用带卸荷阀芯的液控单向阀,为实际生产提供了理论依据。
The hydraulic support is the supporting equipments which often used in coal mining and the pressure transients in the hydraulic system make shock and noise often appear.The mathematical model of the system is established by using power bond graph,and by using MATLAB simulation,the simulation is obtained,the factors of influencing the dynamic characteristic is diverse,and puts forward effective methods to solve this problem,namely the unloading valve check valve,which provides theoretical basis for practical production.
