摘要
采用模块化建模方法,将冷气发动机划分为减压阀、管路、容腔和喷嘴等模块,建立了发动机系统模块化数学模型。对发动机启动过程和脉冲工作状态下的响应特性进行了仿真研究,仿真结果与试车结果相吻合,验证了所建立的数学模型的正确性。仿真计算结果还表明:安全阀的开启性能和减压阀动作的灵活性等都是影响冷气发动机动态响应特性的主要因素。提出了改进发动机工作性能及可靠性的措施。
By adopting the Module Assembly Simulation Method (MASM) , the Cold Gas Engine (CGE) system is divided into four-module assembly-valve, pipeline, cavity and nozzle, and the CGE system mathematical model is developed. By using of this model, the engine startup and impulse working process dynamic characteristics are simulated. The simulation results are in good accordance with those of the test. The simulation results also indicate that the startup performance and the sensitivity of the PRV valve core movement system are the main factors that affect the dynamic characteristics of CGE. The scheme of improving the engine operation performance and reliability is proposed.
