摘要
对外经济贸易大学作为我国第一所获批设立商务英语专业的高校,近年来在商务英语专业建设方面积累了一些成功经验,其采用的多元化人才培养模式、研修探讨型教学模式、开展暑期学校项目、实行企业导师和复合导师制、多渠道培养复合型师资队伍等经验值得其他高校借鉴。以新疆石河子大学为例,提出人才培养要因地制宜、特色鲜明、服务当地;以培养专业型人才为主,复合型人才为辅;多渠道培养专业背景多元化的复合型师资队伍的建议。
As the first domestic university authorized to set up the department of Business English, university of international business and economics a lot successful experiences in the specialty construction of Business English. And it uses effective measures, such as a diversified mode of talent cultivation, the teaching mode of researches and seminars, carrying out Summer School Project, the implementation of enterprise mentors and composite tutorial system, and cultivation of compound - type teachers in multiple ways ,those arc valuable experiences to the other universities. Taking Shihezi University as an example to il- lustrate the possible measures in the construction of Business English： Cultivation of talents should suit one＇ s measures to local conditions and meet the need of local service; to train professional persennel;cultivation of teachers with compound educational background in multi- channel.
