摘要
针对三电平中点钳位式逆变器中点电位平衡的问题,建立了中点电位小信号模型,提出了一种新颖的中点电位闭环控制策略。该控制策略采用双调制波脉宽调制方法,不仅可以获得较高的直流电压利用率还消除了中点电位的低频振荡;采用PI调节器作为控制器,具有中点电位动态响应快,并可以实现中点电位的稳态无静差控制。在三电平中点钳位逆变器实验平台上进行了实验验证。实验结果证明了所提出控制策略的正确性和有效性。
For the balance of neutral-point potential for the three-level neutral point clamped inverter(NPC-3L), the small-signal model of neutral-point potential was established and a novel closed-loop control strategy of neutral- point potential was proposed. The control strategy uses a double modulation wave pulse width modulation method, a higher DC voltage utilization was obtained, and the low-frequency oscillation of the neutral-point potential eliminated; the proportional integral regulator is used as a controller, the neutral-point potential responds fast and has no static error at steady-state. Experiment is done on a NPC-3L experimental platform. The experimental results show the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
