摘要
三电平NPC逆变器的载波交叠PWM在实时控制、减小谐波等方面具有较大的优势。本文仿真研究了相邻载波的重叠量、调制波的调制度、死区时间等自由度对THD的影响,从而得到了一种新的相邻载波重叠量的选择方法,该方法能有效降低THD。
Three-level NPC inverter with carrier-overlapping PWM has many advantages in real-time control, reducing harmonic, etc. The paper studies the action of the overlap of adjacent carrier, modulation factor and dead time on THD, thus a new control method of the overlap of adjacent carrier is proposed in this paper, this method can effectively reduce the THD.
