摘要
目的:观察热哮平方配合中药贴敷治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:选取确诊的支气管哮喘急性发作期患者(痰热内蕴型)120例,随机分为4组,对照组30例予丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂吸入及茶碱缓释片口服治疗;药物组30例在西医治疗的基础上给予热哮平免煎剂口服;贴敷组30例在西医治疗的基础上给予穴位贴敷治疗;药物加贴敷组30例为在西医治疗的基础上给予热哮平免煎剂口服加穴位贴敷治疗。疗程结束后观察临床疗效、中医证候疗效、肺功能等指标。结果:各个治疗组在临床疗效、中医证候疗效、肺功能疗效等方面与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),且药物加贴敷组比单纯药物组或单纯贴敷组疗效更佳。结论:热哮平方配合中药贴敷治疗支气管哮喘(痰热内蕴型)效果显著,可明显减轻临床症状,改善病情,改善肺功能。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of prescription of thermal xiaoping in cooperation with attachment with chinese drugs at the acupoints for treatment of bronchial asthma during acute phase. Meth- ods： 120 cases diagnosed bronchial asthma（ phlegm heat intrinsic type ） during acute phase were randomly divided into four groups. 30 cases in control group （treated with fluticasone propionate aerosol inhalation and oral theo- phylline） ; 30 cases in drug group were treated with oral thermal xiao ping decoction on the basis of western medi- cine ; 30 cases in attachment groups were treated with chinese drugs at the acupoints on the basis of western medi- cine; 30 cases in drugs -attachment group were treated with drurs in cooperation with chinese drugs at the acu- points. To observe the effect such as TCM syndrome curative effect, lung function index after the end of treatment. Results：There was statistically difference in treatment groups in curative effect, chinese medicine symptom and lung function index compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and there were better effects in groups treated with chinese drugs at the acupoints on the basis of western medicine than simple drug group or merely attachment group in some ways. Conclusion： Prescription of thermal xiaoping in cooperation with chinese drugs at the acupoints for the treatment bronchial asthma （phlegm heat intrinsic type ） during acute phase has significant effect, which can relieve the clinical symptoms better, improve symptoms and improve lung function safely.
