摘要
采用9K培养基从南化公司采集水样中分离得到一株氧化亚铁硫杆菌NC-1,并对其进行连续的驯化,获得耐酸性强、亚铁氧化活力高的改良菌株。生物滴滤塔脱硫系统由固定在填料上的微生物和含铁离子的循环液组成,本文对该反应系统脱除烟气中SO2的工艺条件和净化效果进行了研究。结果表明,以陶粒为填料,当进气SO2浓度低于3000 mg/m3,进气流量≤0.6 m3/h,液气比约为12 L/m3,脱硫效率可稳定在90%以上。
A Thiobacillusferrooxidans (T.f) strain NC-1 was isolated from the water collected from Nanjing Chemical Industrial Group through incubation in the 9K medium. Then continuous domestication of the NC-1 strain was done to improve the activity and adapt to lower pH. This bacteria and the iron ions in the circulating liquid were composed the desutfurization system of the bio-trickling filter. The desulfurization effiecency and the process condition of this reaction system were researched. The experimental results indicate that when ceramisites as the packing material, SO2 inlet concentration〈3000 mg/m3, inlet gas quatity 0.6 m^3/h, liquid-to-gas ratio about 12 L/m^3, the desulfurization efficiency stabilize at 90 %.
