摘要
针对试验台设计过程中通过物理试验会造成研发周期过长、经费过高等问题,提出一种通过计算机仿真技术进行仿真试验的解决方法。介绍飞机燃油附件通用试验台系统构成,采用工程系统仿真软件AMESim搭建了通用试验台系统仿真模型,并对其进行加油控制活门正常和故障两种情况下的仿真试验研究。仿真试验结果表明:采用AMESim仿真软件可以很方便快捷地模拟试验台系统工作过程,试验台系统设计科学,参数设置合理。
Aiming at the problem that the physics experiment can result in long cycle and high expense in course of universal test platform design,a proposal was put forward to carry out computer simulation. The composing of aircraft fuel accessory universal test platform was introduceded. The simulation model of aircraft fuel accessory universal test platform was established by using AMESim, which was carried out to simulate the universal test platform system. The simulation results show that the working process of the test platform system is simulated expediently with the use of AMESim,the design of the test platform system is scientific,and the parame-ter setting is reasonable.
