摘要
聚酯多元醇在合成中由于醇的损失,使实际分子质量和预设分子质量有较大的差异,因此,一般会使醇过量.以多元醇和酸为原料,采用共缩聚的方法合成聚酯多元醇,并用化学方法测定了羟值、酸值和水解稳定性.结果表明,当多元醇过量3%时,得到的聚酯多元醇的实际分子质量和预设分子质量相近并且水解稳定性较好.
Consuming quantity of diols is often excessive to avoid the loss of diols during the synthesis of polyester polyol, which leading to big difference between actual molecular weight and predicted molecular weight. The polyester polyol was synthesized with polyol and acid by copolycondensation, and the hydroxyl val-ue, acid number and hydrolytic stability were determined by the chemical analysis method. The results showed that when the excessive consumption of polyol was 3%, the actual molecular weight and predicted molecular weight were similar, and the hydrolytic stability was good.
