摘要
分析了影响600 kt/a甲醇装置长周期稳定运行的原因,确定了主要影响要素,提出了改进及巩固措施,最终实现甲醇装置的长周期稳定运行。改进后,2011年下半年计划停车5次,非计划性停车2次,达到了预设目标值。
The causes that infect long stable operation of 600 kt/a methanol plant are analyzed , main influence factors are determined , and countermeasures are proposed , finally realizing stable operation of methanol plant for a long period .After improvement , there are 5 times of planned shut-down and 2 times of unplanned shut-down in the second half of 2011, achieved intended target .
