摘要
目的：调查分析外来学生变应性鼻炎的流行病学。方法：对2012年4月至2013年4月期间，随机选择中山市大涌镇五所外来工子弟学校就读并在中山居住的7～12岁学生1260人作为研究组，并选择7～12岁本地籍学生1260人为对照组，对两组学生开展流行病学调查。结果：研究组阳性率为13．10％，明显高于对照组的4．05％；在研究组中，以患病者为研究对象，正常者为对照对象，在家族史、过敏史、哮喘病史、被动吸烟、饲养动物、居住环境潮湿比较中，两组观察对象比较差异具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。Logistic分析显示家族史、过敏史、哮喘病史、被动吸烟、饲养动物、居住环境潮湿，均可增加该病患儿的致病风险。结论：对7～12岁的外来学生发病情况及流行病学特征进行调查，为今后更好地加强学外来学生应性鼻炎的预防和治疗提供临床可靠地流行病学依据，以此提供切实可行的措施使外来学生健康成长。
Objective：to investigate and analysis epidemiological survey about foreign students of allergic rhinitis. Methods： during the period from 2012 April to 2013 April, the 1260 students who are living and studying in the 5 migrant schools from Dayong town of Zhongshan city aged from 7 - 12 years old were selected randomly as the research group, and 7 - 12 years old 1260 local students as control group, to carry out epidemic disease investigation of two groups of students. Results： in the study group, the positive rate was 13.10% , significantly higher than that in control group 4.05% ; In the study group, as the research object to the sick, for the normal control subjects, in the family history, allergies, asthma history, passive smoking, raising animals, living relatively humid environ ment, the difference between the two groups was statistically observed object significance, P 〈 0.05. Logistic analysis showed that fam ily history, allergies, asthma history, passive smoking, raising animals and damp living conditions may increase the risk of illness in children with the disease. Conclusion ： To investigate the prevalence and the epidemiological characteristics of foreign students from 7 to 12 years old, for a better learning foreign students should strengthen the prevention and treatment of rhinitis and provide a reliable basis for clinical epidemiology, which provides a feasible measures to make the foreign students＇ healthy growth.
