摘要
针对传统复杂产品可拆卸设计中拆卸模型构建困难和效率低等不足,提出基于联接元的复杂产品拆卸模型构建方法。将被联接件和联接件或联接介质构成的联接结构定义为联接元,根据产品层次结构的特点,研究联接元到产品的映射方法。通过分析典型联接元的拆卸知识和经验,提取出拆卸优先级推理规则。为满足设计中新联接元扩充的需要,结合物元理论构建联接元可拓物元模型。定义产品拆卸多约束图以描述产品组件间的装配约束和拆卸优先级等拆卸属性信息,并通过复用联接元实现拆卸模型的快速构建,将工程经验知识融合到拆卸建模过程中,保证了后续拆卸序列规划的合理性。结合注塑机合模装置实例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。
In the light of the limitation of traditional disassembly modeling methods for complex product,a novel disassembly modeling method for design for disassembly (DFD) based on connector structure units is presented.The parts combination connected by physical,chemical or mechanical method is defined as connection structure unit.Thus,the product is mapped into the organic combination of connection structure units.The disassembly precedence rules are extracted by analyzing the disassembly knowledge and experience of connection structure units.In addition,the extension matter-element model of connection structure unit is constructed to describe its disassembly knowledge.To describe the assembly constraints and disassembly precedence between components of product,the disassembly multi-constrained graph model (DMCGM) is defined.The DMCGM is deduced fast based on reuse of connection structure units,which could eliminate uncommon or unrealistic solutions for subsequent disassembly sequence planning.A mould clamping device of injection molding machine case study proves the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
