摘要
以实现产品绿色设计信息集成为目的,研究了CAD设计域到回收设计域的信息映射机制。通过回收设计对CAD信息的需求分析,建立了CAD设计域到回收设计域信息映射数学模型,并就相关映射函数实现方法进行了讨论,最后通过空调冷凝器部件进行了实例验证。实际应用表明,所构建的信息映射方法能实现两设计域的信息集成,且简洁实用,易于工程实现。
Aiming at realizing the information integration of the product green design, the paper presented the information mapping technology from CAD domain to recycling design domain. By the requirement analysis of CAD information in the recycling design, the information mapping mathematic model was built from CAD domain to recycling design domain and the realization method of correlative mapping function was discussed. At last, the model was validated by the design of the parts of air—condition condensator. The practical applications indicate that the proposed information mapping way, can realize the information integration between two design domains, and can be actualized easily in the engineering.
