摘要
目的观察补中益气汤加味治疗老年性骨质疏松症临床疗效。方法将90例骨质疏松症老年患者随机分为2组。治疗组45例予补中益气汤加味治疗,对照组45例予鲑鱼降钙素治疗。2组均治疗4周后统计疗效,并观察治疗前后骨密度(BMD)情况。结果治疗组总有效率88.9%,对照组总有效率66.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后BMD均升高(P<0.05),治疗组升高优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤加味治疗骨质疏松疗效确切。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buzhongyiqi decoction on senile osteoporosis .Meth-od 90 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment control group ,which was treated by traditional Chinese medicine Buzhongyiqi Decoction , and control group,which was treated by Salmon Calcitonin Acetate . The course was four weeks in two groups .BMD before and after treatment were observed .Results The total effective＆amp;nbsp;rate in the treatment group （88.9%） was significantly higher than those in the control group （66.7%,P〈0.05）. BMD after treatment was increased in two groups （P〈0.05）.The increase in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Buzhongyiqi decoction has been verified in clinical on the treatment of osteo -porosis,is worthy of clinical use .
