摘要
总结2010年至2011年360例"危急值"报告在我院心内科的接获及处理过程中存在的主要问题,分析其中155例问题的成因,完善"危急值"报告制度,规范相应流程,使2012年接获的240例"危急值"的执行效率与执行效果得到明显改善,提高了医疗护理质量。
Critical value reporting in reception and treatment process of 360 cases were summarized from 2010 to 2011. The problem of 155 cases was analyzed in order to further improve critical value report management. Thus, the execution efficiency and effectiveness of critical value report management of 240 cases in 2012 were increased. The medical treatment and nursing quality are improved.
