摘要
从组织层面和个体层面筛选出影响企业专利创造能力的4大因素,跨层次地构造了包括13项指标的企业专利创造能力评价指标体系。通过问卷调查收集数据,并利用群体决策方法和层次分析方法确定各指标的权重。权重排序结果显示:组织创新氛围中的组织支持和主管支持以及员工创新行为中的发展创意对企业专利创造能力具有较大影响。
This paper screens the four factors influencing corporate's ability to create patent,and constructs the evaluation index system of corporate's ability to create patent which includes 13indicators from organizational level and individual level.Then it collects the data through the questionnaire survey,and uses the method of group decision and AHP to determine the weights of indicators.The result of indicators' weights shows that organizational support and supervisor's support in organizational innovation atmosphere and creativity development in employee's innovative behavior have greater impacts on corporate ability to create patent.
