钻杆加厚过渡区刺漏可靠性分析 被引量:2

摘要 某井在钻井过程中发现泵压下降,起钻后发现钻杆加厚过渡区刺漏失效。通过对Φ139.7mm×9.17mm钻杆刺漏事故的调查,采用安全可靠性评价技术对该刺漏钻杆进行了腐蚀产物分析、材质分析及钻杆刺漏可靠性分析,认为钻杆刺漏是属于冲蚀疲劳和卡瓦损伤疲劳失效,提出了钻杆刺漏失效的结论及建议。 Pump pressure drops in the drilling process of some well, and after trip-out, it is found that there is thorn leakage in the thickening transition zone of drilling pipe. Through the investigation of the thorn leakage accident of φ139.7mm×9.17mm drilling pipc and the analysis of the corrosion product, the material and the reliability of the thorn leakage drilling pipe using reliability evaluation technique, it is held that the thorn leakage of drilling pipe is caused by erosion fatigue and the damage ~atigue of slip, and some sug- gestions are proposed to prevent the thorn leakage failure of drilling pipe.
