摘要
通过对斗轮堆取料机带式输送机张紧力变化规律的分析,论证了传统张紧方式的局限性及弊端,以及液压张紧方式的优势所在,并根据液压系统的控制方式不同,分析了不同类型的液压张紧装置的原理及特点,探讨了不同类型液压张紧装置的应用。
Through analysis of tension change rules for the belt conveyer of bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer,the paper describes the limitation and deficiencies of traditional tension types,advantages of the hydraulic tension type,as well as principles and features of different types of hydraulic tension devices,and their applications according to different control types of hydraulic system.
