摘要
介绍了轨行式斗轮堆取料机行走机构各阻力的计算方法,并针对具体项目中的轨行式斗轮堆取料机进行了计算,提出了电机选型应遵循的原则和方法,讨论了电机打滑验算的方法和出现打滑现象的具体解决办法,完成了轨行式斗轮堆取料机行走机构驱动功率的计算及电机选型,实现了设计结果的安全可靠,经济成本也更趋合理。
The calculation method of running resistances for the traveling mechanism of a rail- mounted bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer is introduced. And the calculation is carried out with this method for an actual design subject of the stacker/reclaimer. The principles and methods what should be followed for motor selection are offered. In addition, the calculating method and some concrete solutions for the motor slipping are discussed. The lectotype of motors and calculation of driving power for the traveling mechanism of a rail bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer are accomplished. According to the method, the design result is safer and reliable. The economic cost tends to be more reasonable.
