摘要
应用SolidWorks软件,设计了一种以带传动和不完全齿轮传动为动力输送装置的新型厨用清洗机,提出了通过机械式振荡去除物品表面杂质的方法。详细阐述了整个清洗过程和电路控制的原理,同时分析了在恒定液体流动状态下的排水过程,该清洗方式对于厨用清洗设备的开发具有一定的参考意义。
By use of SolidWorks,a new type of washing machine for kitchen utensil is designed,the power is transmitted by belt and incomplete gears.A method to remove the impurities on the objects is proposed through mechanical oscillation.The whole cleaning process and the controlling process of the whole circuit are elaborated.Meanwhile,the drainage process is analyzed in the condition of constant flow of water.In this paper,the way of cleaning has a certain referential meaning in our daily life.
