摘要
煤矿井下普遍使用的绞车在运行过程中常发生咬绳、跳绳现象,不利于钢丝绳的正常使用,同时存在安全隐患。通过设计该排绳器,规范底绳缠绕方式和利用托辊夹紧钢丝绳给其一个附加侧向力,使钢丝绳可以在绞车滚筒上整齐排列缠绕,解决了以上问题。
The matters of cable bitten and skipping in the process of operation of the mine winch, which has been used under mine generally, not only is against the normal use of steal cable,but also has hidden safety problems. By the device we designed, the winding mode of the initial cable is specified and the steel cable is clamped by two rollers with an additional lateral force, so that the steal cable can be neatly arranged around the winch drum. The problem above has been solved ultimately.
