摘要
对某铰接式矿用胶轮车进行三维建模,采用虚拟样机对其建立参数模型并仿真。根据各轮胎的起动转矩和稳定转矩值,验证该仿真模型合理可靠。在单侧矩形坑路面激励下,对该车关键元部件进行仿真,得到各主要元部件的Y向动载荷及动载系数,为整车元部件位置布置、产品的设计和制造提供重要参考依据.
Modeling the three-dimensional for an articulated mine-used rubber tire vehicle,and using the virtual prototype software to creat the simulation model. To validate the simulation model according to each wheel torque based on a flat road. To study the dynamic load and factor on the prompting of unilateral rectangular pit road. The paper provides a theoretical basis for the vehicle parts layout, design and manufacture.
