摘要
对民营医疗机构合理实施绩效评估不仅能提高民营医疗机构的整体绩效,也能提高政府对民营医疗机构管理和服务能力,对民营医疗机构持续健康发展具有重要意义。以新医改为背景,对浦东新区民营医疗机构实施评估的困难与建议进行了探讨,期望能够为浦东民营医疗机构的评估提供借鉴和参考。
The performance evaluation to private medical institutions not only could improve the whole performance of private medical institutions, but also could enhance the ability of the government in managing and serving private medical institutions. It has a significant meaning of private medical institutions＇ sustainable healthy development. The dissertation, which is in the background of the new medical reform, discussed the complications and advices of the evaluation in the private medical institutions of Pudong New District and expected to render some references for the performance evaluation of private medical institutions in Pudong.
