摘要
随着调控一体化系统的建设与发展,把有效信息从海量信息中提取出来,并及时、准确地展示给调度与集控人员,防止有效信息淹没已经成为一个亟待解决的问题。在总结以往信息优化方法的基础上,提出了信息压缩和信息延时的方法,经过信息优化前后的告警窗信息数量对比,得出调控一体化系统告警窗显示的信息量明显减少。通过这两种信息优化方法,将监控人员从日常监视繁冗的告知信息和非重要信息的工作中解脱出来从而使监控值班员有更充裕的精力对他们关注的设备或区域进行重点监视,从而提高电网的供电可靠性。
With the construction and development of control integration system,it has become an urgent problem to extract the effective information from a huge amount of information,and timely,accurately show to the scheduling and control personnel,thus effectively prevent information flooding. Based on the summary of previous information optimization method,information compression and information delay methods were put forward through comparing of alarm window information quantity before and after optimization,it was concluded that the alarm window display of information control integration system was significantly reduced. Through these two kinds of information optimization method, the monitoring personnel were escaped from tedious daily monitoring information and non-important information work so that the monitoring personnel on duty had more energy to focus on monitoring of their concerns about equipment or area,so as to improve the reliability of power supply.
