摘要
某350 MW超临界直接空冷机组凝结水系统试运过程中出现了凝结泵出口压力低、启泵时泵出口电动阀无法开启、凝结泵再循环系统管道振动大、排汽装置水位波动大等故障,影响了设备的试运进度和机组的安全稳定运行。通过增设管道节流孔板、调整阀门零位设置、加装管道排空气阀和注水阀,以及更改水位测点位置等处理措施,问题得以解决。同时指出了凝结水管道系统在设计方面存在的不足,提出了系统优化改进建议。
Several Failures,such as,low outlet pressure of condensate pump;outlet electric valve can not be open during startup;high vibration to recalculate system pipelines of condensate pump;and large water level fluctuations,occurred in condensate system of certain 350 MW supercritical direct air cooled power unit during its test run,which direct influences operation procedure and unit safety and steady operation.With several measures of putting orifice plate in pipelines,adjusting zero position of valve,adding air valves and water injection valves,and altering position of measure point,all problems are solved.Simultaneously,design defects existing in condensate pipelines has been pointed out,and system optimization and retrofit are recommended.
