摘要
随着我国经济社会的全面发展,人们对健康需求的不断提高,全科医生"守门人"作用愈为重要。然而,由于我国全科医生制度起步较晚,合格的全科医生培养与人才持续供应仍是制约基层医疗卫生服务的关键瓶颈之一。本文通过结合澳大利亚全科医生的培养经验,分析了目前我国全科医生培养存在着的数量不足、质量不高、发展不平衡、政策激励不足等问题,并提出了新形势下全科医生培养值得学习的经验和策略借鉴。
With the rapid development of economy and society,the rising demand of medical health, General practitioners play the role of‘gatekeeper'is more important.However,for the lated start of GPs system in our country,qualified general practitioners training and supply is still one of the key bottlenecks to primary health care services.This paper combining the experience of Australia's GPs training,Analysis of the current GPs training in China,insufficient quantity,low quality,imbalanced development,lacked of policy incentives and other issues,and put forward the learning experience and strategies for reference.
