摘要
实习支教已经成为高师院校教师教育的一项重要环节,是教师教育改革的重要举措。文章立足实践从可持续发展的角度,分析了师范生实习支教的必要性和存在的问题,提出了以质量求发展的路径以促进实习支教的可持续发展,具体包括:完善三位一体的师范生实习指导模式;针对性地开展实习支教前的见习活动;培养师范生"一专多能"的教学本领;加强实习支教基地的建设。
Teaching practice supporting education has become an important part of teacher education in some normal universities and the critical measure of the reform of teacher education. Based on the practice,this article analyses the necessity of students＇ teaching practice supporting education and the existing problems from the angle of sustainable development. In order to promote sustainable development of teaching practice supporting education,it puts forward the approach to quality development which includes improving the trinity guidance mode of teaching practice supporting education in the normal university,carrying out the trainee activity before the practice teaching,cultivating the diversified skills of normal students,strengthening multidimensional management of teaching practice bases.
